In order to fight COVID-19, Prointer ITSS organized Hack&Solve Weekend in 2020, the first online hackathon in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In mid-April, creators from IT sector had the opportunity to offer their solutions in the fight against the corona virus and mitigate the consequences that hit many aspects of society, and the first three were awarded. Solutions were sought in the categories of general information and mental health, secondary impact on society and economy, education on all three levels of schooling, and preserving the health and safety of health workers.

Prointer said that the situation regarding the corona virus requires innovative and solutions from the field of information technologies, and that is therefore the right time for those who are interested to try to contribute from their homes in the fight against COVID-19.

In cooperation with Chamber of Doctors of Medicine of the Republic of Srpska, the jury, in addition to IT experts, also consisted of medical experts, and each jury member participated in mentoring. The competition ended on April 12, a minute midnight, after which the jury announced the winners. The prizes for the first three places were 1.500, 1.000 and 500 BAM.
